The Roundtree Foundation is a collaboration of programs and resources geared towards increasing graduation rates, decreasing bullying, and fostering strong families. The Foundation has formed partnerships with local schools and other youth programs because we firmly believe that Unity is the solution to end the dangerously increasing rate of violent shootings, teen suicide, and high school dropouts.

The Foundation's goal is to be a catalyst to success for all youth. Through programs such as the “The Black Girls Club” and the “Achievers Academy,” the Foundation will foster a commitment to youth that promotes positive interaction with adults and peers. Only through personal relationships can a sense of accountability be reestablished. The Foundation targets middle school youth with tutoring, mentoring, and cultural enrichment activities. We also commit to working with them through their second year of college to ensure their future success.
